Peerless Restoration Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Restoration Estimator to join our dynamic team. As a Restoration Estimator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by assessing and estimating restoration projects. Our company collaborates with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and Insurance Companies, requiring strict adherence to their guidelines. Responsibilities

• Assess and estimate restoration projects using platforms such as Alacrity, Symbility, Contractor Connection, and Sedgwick.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines set by TPAs and Insurance Companies.
• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for restoration projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project success.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and be available to work long hours when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restoration estimating.
• Proficiency with estimating platforms such as Alacrity, Symbility, Contractor Connection, and Sedgwick.
• Strong understanding of TPA and Insurance Company guidelines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work long hours and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Strong attention to details. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
