We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Nonprofit Marketing & Events Representatives . No experience is required— we provide full paid training , hands-on coaching, and clear opportunities for growth.
We partner with nonprofit organizations, community initiatives, and social impact programs to help raise awareness, engage local communities, and support important causes. Through interactive events, outreach campaigns, and face-to-face engagement, our team helps expand each nonprofit's reach and impact.
As a Nonprofit Marketing & Events Representative, you will play a key role in promoting nonprofit missions, participating in community events, and helping drive donor engagement. This is an ideal entry-level role for individuals who are passionate about social impact, public engagement, and event-based outreach.
Represent nonprofit partners at community events, outreach sites, and promotional campaigns
Share mission-driven messaging with the public in a positive and professional manner
Assist with event setup, materials, displays, and informational booths
Interact with attendees to educate them on programs, services, and initiatives
Gather sign-ups, donor leads, and participant information
Support event coordination and ensure smooth campaign execution
Track outreach metrics and assist with basic reporting
Contribute ideas to improve nonprofit visibility and community engagement strategies
Collaborate with team members to meet outreach goals and campaign objectives
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about nonprofit work, community engagement, or social impact
Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable speaking with diverse groups
Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
Able to work in fast-paced, event-based environments
Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends
Experience in outreach, volunteering, events, or customer-facing roles is helpful but not required
No experience needed—training provided
Full paid training in nonprofit outreach, event marketing, and public engagement
