The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is seeking experienced professionals to mentor Ukrainian refugees who are rebuilding their careers and adjusting to new professional landscapes.

Whether you can assist with career guidance, industry-specific knowledge, or leadership development, your involvement will have a real impact.

What Mentors Do

  • Share expertise in your field , helping mentees develop relevant skills.

Who We Are Looking For

We welcome professionals from a variety of industries, including:

  • Technology & Innovation – IT, AI, software development, data science.
  • Marketing & Business – Strategy, finance, sales, entrepreneurship.
  • Education & Professional Development – Career coaching, HR, training.
  • Nonprofit & Consulting – Social impact, policy development, leadership.

Ideal mentors should have:

  • A minimum of three years of professional experience in their field.
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities .
  • The ability to dedicate at least 2-4 hours per month to mentorship.
