Endurant Roof is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to spearhead our roofing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate brings solid leadership and a deep understanding of roofing construction management. You'll need to manage timelines, budgets, and quality without letting any shingles fly off—figuratively speaking.

Requirements

Duties

• Oversee all roofing project phases, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using CRM and other construction management tools.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to nail every project requirement.
• Use Google Suite for efficient document management and team collaboration.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare roofing estimates and budgets for precise project forecasting.
• Serve as the communication hub for clients and employees, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and overall project success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management in the Roofing industry.
• Solid knowledge of contract administration.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with a background in construction estimating and budgeting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and Clients.
• Spanish fluency required to effectively communicate with bilingual teams and clients.
• A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, but experience counts more than a fancy piece of paper.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
