We are seeking a dedicated SEN Coordinator to lead our inclusive education initiatives and foster an environment where every student thrives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategic plans for inclusive education to meet the diverse needs of students.

Collaborative Leadership : Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to create a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

Individualized Programs : Design and oversee individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.

Professional Development : Provide training and support to teachers to enhance their capabilities in catering to diverse learning needs.

Job Requirements:

• Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Substantial experience in special education coordination or a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of inclusive education practices and strategies.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of relevant legislation and best practices in special education.

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:

Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelors Degree with a PGCE/PGDE (QTS)

Experience:

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:

A salary from 1300 up to 1600  OMR (Omani Rial)per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
