What You'll Do:

Empower Students: Conduct thorough virtual assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
Deliver Engaging Therapy: Provide dynamic and effective therapy sessions through our advanced telehealth platform, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with students, families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and optimal progress.
Develop and Implement IEPs: Create and evaluate Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring they align with student goals and educational standards.
Provide Consultative Support: Offer guidance and support to families, faculty, and staff, promoting a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
Promote Wellness and Learning: Develop and implement preventative and responsive solutions, as well as create and carry out programs and promotions to promote learning.
Maintain Detailed Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Educate and Empower: Educate students and their families on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies to enhance their daily living activities.
Utilize Innovative Technology: Leverage digital tools and technology to enhance patient engagement and effectively track progress.
What We're Looking For:

A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a school setting.
A current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Louisiana.
A strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in1 using digital tools and technology.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 36.00 48.00 Per Hour
