Job Description
Required qualifications
• MES professional with 4-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Manufacturing solutions, including SAP ME, SAP MII systems and integration with S/4 HANA.
• Develop and configure SAP ME and MII solutions, including creating and maintaining SAP UI5 applications, developing SQL queries, and configuring Plant Connectivity (PCo).
• Possess strong knowledge of integrations and custom developments, and be proficient in technologies like HTML5, XML, and JavaScript.
Job responsibilities
• Configure SAP ME/MII modules to meet specific needs of manufacturing processes, such as production tracking, equipment integration and quality management.
• Perform the build, testing and deployment as per the technical specifications.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to SAP ME and MII.
• Provide hands-on support during implementation phases, including blueprinting, prototyping, testing, data migration, go-live and post go-live support
• Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvements and enhancements.
• Stay updated with trends in manufacturing industry and leverage continuously.
• Knowledge of SAP ME site setups, shop floor master data, shop floor execution and tracking, integration with S/4 HANA, PODs, data collection (DC), genealogy, returns management, site-to-site transfer, Worker guidance set up etc.
• Knowledge of integration points of SAP ME to other SAP S/4 HANA components
• Analytical and Communication skills
