A DAY IN THE LIFE OF

We are seeking a talented and creative interior designer to join our Design and Expansion team, who specialises in the design of coworking and office spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on drawing and conceptualising layouts, with experience in sourcing materials and furnishings as a valuable plus.
They will thrive is a fast-paced international environment, taking direction from senior visionaries and making ideas become a reality. 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drawing and Visualisation: Produce detailed drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).

• Space Planning: Analyse and optimise space utilisation to foster collaboration and productivity among users.

• Concept Development: In line with our brand guidelines and aesthetic direction, design concepts that enhance the functionality and aesthetic of our coworking spaces.

• Material Sourcing: Research and source furniture, fixtures, and materials that align with design concepts and budgets.

• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure design integrity and execution.

• Client Interaction: Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback into final designs.

• Trend Research: Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in coworking space design.

Requirements

• Familiarity with sustainable design practices

• Experience in project management and coordination

• Strong attention to detail

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

• 2- 5 years proven experience in interior design, preferably with a focus on commercial or coworking environments

• Strong drawing skills with proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)

• Knowledge of sourcing materials and furnishings is a plus

• Excellent communication, business acumen and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Exceptionally organised with the ability to multitask

• Thrives under pressure and solution-oriented

• Personable with strong verbal and written communication

• Fluent in English
