This Role In Summary We are currently hiring Assembly Production Operators for our Cleveland, TN facility. Starting pay is $18.85 per hour for 1st and 2nd shift. (2nd shift pays an additional $1.25 per hour shift differential). Please attach a resume to be considered for open positions. We Are Looking For Assembly Production Operators To - Work on a moving/conveyor style production line or stabliiized workstation
- Assemble and install parts by hand or using air tools
- Crating and packaging of materials, parts, products, etc.
Your Responsibilities Will Include - Participate in training to learn how to follow standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Ensure the product is handled in a safe and quality-focused manner
- Safely use precision hand and portable power tools and machine shop equipment
- Work as part of an assembly line team or on individual production jobs from start to finish.
Minimum Requirements - Must have High School Diploma/GED
- Must be at least 18 years old or older
- 3 months of manufacturing experience
- Must be able to communicate and receive communications regarding safety components and job instruction.
Preferred Skills And Experiences - 2 years of manufacturing work
- 2 years of consistent work experience
