About the Role
As a Production Artist, you will play a key role in producing high-quality print and digital assets while ensuring all materials align with brand standards. This role requires technical expertise, precision, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to bring creative projects to life.
What You'll Do
Production & Quality Control
Prepare and manage complex print and digital files for various production projects.
Ensure all production processes meet high-quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to print and digital production.
Project Management
Maintain production project plans and schedules to meet tight deadlines.
Work within production budgets and maintain relationships with vendors.
Continuously enhance skills in print production, digital processes, and project management best practices.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with creative, account, and strategy teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Clearly communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project objectives are met.

Proficiency in print production and project management software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in production.
Proven experience managing complex files and projects.
Work Environment
