Join Our Team as a Pipe Welding Technician

Become an integral part of our operations, performing tasks to maneuver, weld, and mark pipes with certification stamps. A comprehensive understanding of welding methodologies and industry standards is vital for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Use manual techniques to transport pipes in and out of welding machines.
• Utilize welding and plasma machinery for attaching welded outlets to pipes.
• Employ handheld welding tools for specified rewelds.
• Certify weld areas using stamps and hammers.
• Shift pipes for offloading onto carts for transit.
• Move pipe trolleys to loading zones for dispatch.
• Prepare pipe bundles for shipment with pneumatic banding tools.
• Commit to our training program, particularly in safety standards, achieving proficiency as determined by management.
• Adhere strictly to corporate guidelines and procedures.
• Execute job roles as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Undertake extra duties to support company and customer requirements as directed by senior management.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Prior welding experience is beneficial, with the capacity to achieve certification.
• Proficiency in basic arithmetic, including fractions and measurements to 1/4-inch accuracy.

Demonstrated aptitude in:

• Setting up welding equipment for production purposes.
• Configuring machinery for production sequences.
