Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Trusts & Estates Administration Paralegal to join our team in one of our New Jersey, New York, or Florida offices. If you have 5+ years of experience in this field and a passion for helping clients navigate complex estate and trust matters, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of estate and trust administration, including probate (experience with New Jersey, New York, and Florida probate laws is a plus)
Engage in clear, consistent communication with clients, financial planners, and accountants
Prepare federal and state estate tax returns, fiduciary accountings, and oversee asset distributions and trust funding

Ideal Candidate:

Strong communication and organizational skills, with a knack for handling multiple priorities
Solid understanding of estate tax software (ONESOURCE/Fast Tax), HotDocs, and Microsoft Word (experience with these tools is a plus)
College degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred, but candidates with a JD or equivalent experience will also be considered

Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong mathematical ability
