The Outside Sales Rep is responsible for generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers in a B2B environment. The Rep will work as an ambassador to build customer trust, identify decision makers, increase market share and offer the best customer experience. Must be willing to travel within territory 3-5 days/week to meet face-to-face with customers and prospects, qualify sales leads, educate customers on products and promotions, work closely with the inside sales team to better understand customers' specific needs, work with our suppliers to promote new products and identify new business and maintain records of sales calls and appointments in CRM system.
Territory: south of I-95 in New Jersey. Ideal candidate will live in Ocean, Burlington, Atlantic, Camden, Gloucester or Cape May County, NJ.
Prior experience in distribution, warehousing and/or customer service is highly desired. Pool industry experience preferred.
