Job Profile Summary: As a casual Certified Nurse Midwife with Allin, you will step into a dynamic hospital-based environment, providing compassionate, evidence-based care to patients in labor and delivery settings. You’ll collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and support staff at our Abbott and United Mother Baby Centers.
Job Description:
Principle Responsibilities
CNM group independently provides labor support, water birth and VBAC/TOLAC services
Midwifery collaborative support is provided by a supportive inhouse OB and maternal fetal medicine groups
We attend approximately 40-50 births per month with three affiliated clinics.
"Natural birth experience" highlighting nontraditional care in the hospital.
Follows standards for Nurse Midwifery Practice established by the American College of Nurse-Midwives and Minnesota statute.
Professional Liability insurance including tail

Team of 16 plus CNM across the system
Collaborative, supportive and encouraging teammates
Opportunities for professional and personal growth- research, mentoring CNM and NP students, instrumental QI projects
Support whole person population health care initiatives
Casual coverage at United and Abbott Mother Baby Centers
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree Graduate from Accredited School of Nursing required
Master's degree or doctoral in nursing or related field preferred
Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire
BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support required within 180 Days
AMCB American Midwifery Certification Board upon hire required
