We are seeking a talented Logistics Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our goods. You will be integral to optimizing our supply chain and enhancing customer satisfaction. What You'll Do:

Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
Respond to customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate resources.
Review purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy.
Arrange special shipping as needed.
Track and resolve shipping errors.
Prepare bills and invoices.
Manage distribution and shipment budgets.
Ensure the quality of all services meets required standards.
Develop processes to improve supply chain efficiency and organization.
Monitor operational aspects of ocean and air shipments.
Ensure daily import operations are performed according to established procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, clients, and service providers (shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, etc.).
What You'll Bring:

2+ years of experience in a related field (preferred).
Knowledge of specific systems (a plus).
Experience in ocean and air import/export (an advantage).
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent customer service and client relation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Competitive salary ($45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience).
