The Role
You will deliver engaging and intellectually stimulating Business & Economics lessons as part of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). You’ll play a key role in nurturing critical thinking, analytical skills, and real-world awareness in a diverse and high-achieving student body.

- Teach Business & Economics with passion, clarity, and real-world relevance
- Design lessons that challenge and inspire students across a range of abilities
- Guide students through internal assessments and exam preparation

We’re Looking For:
*A degree in Business Studies/Economics or a related field, plus a recognised teaching qualification
*Experience teaching IB/A Level (or similar international curricula)

Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted
Additional:
**International teaching experience is beneficial
**Bilingual teacher preferred but not essential
**Able to support the school residential programme
**Able to supervise and/or lead co-curricular activity during activity time
**Able to lead pastoral programme
Salary Range:
A salary CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month based on experience and qualification, 10-25 % Tax is applied
