  • Aim to meet and surpass set sales targets, focused on achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration.
  • Provide timely feedback regarding sales performance, sales activity reports, and account strategy concerns.
  • Continuously seek new avenues to build and grow the sales pipeline, and implement approaches to capture key demographics.
  • Work collaboratively with sales team members to optimize sales efforts and reach team targets.
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism and behavioral standards, representing the company in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, or a keen ambition to thrive in a sales environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and promptly to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Resilience and determination, thriving in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
