🎭 What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead and develop a dynamic team of Art, Drama, and Music teachers
✅ Shape an innovative and inspiring Visual & Performing Arts curriculum
✅ Organise spectacular performances, exhibitions, and showcases
✅ Cultivate students’ artistic talents and passion for creative expression
✅ Foster partnerships with local and international Arts communities
✅ Ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning in the Arts
🎨 What We’re Looking For:
🔹 A degree in Visual Arts, Performing Arts, Music, Drama, or a related field, plus a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
🔹 Proven experience in teaching and leading a successful Arts department
🔹 A deep passion for the Arts and a track record of inspiring students
🔹 Experience with IGCSE, A-Level, or IB Arts programmes (preferred)
🔹 Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Salary Range:
A salary CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month based on experience and qualification, 15-25 % Tax is applied
