  • Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure consistent product availability, quality, and compliance

  • Monitor key operational and sales metrics using data analytics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement

  • Stay current on Michigan cannabis market trends, regulatory updates, and emerging best practices

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient in Dutchie POS and e-commerce platform to manage inventory, order flow, and customer interactions seamlessly

  • Strong background in marketing and promotional communications specific to cannabis retail, including regulatory-compliant advertising in Michigan

  • Ability to navigate Michigan’s cannabis regulatory environment with expertise in compliance, seed-to-sale systems, and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in inventory control, POS management, and operational efficiency

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse workforce

  • Must be 21 years or older and eligible to work in Michigan’s regulated cannabis industry
