What You'll Be Doing:
Unleash the Power of Data: You'll be the go-to person for financial and data analysis, creating both standard and custom reports that illuminate healthcare utilization trends. Think Rate Development Templates, Prop56 & GEMT analyses, and more!
Become a Data Detective: Dive deep into our SQL databases, crafting queries and extracting valuable information to support strategic decision-making.
Bridge the Gap: Act as a key liaison between our Finance team and the IT and Healthcare Informatics departments, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Ensure Accuracy and Quality: Perform rigorous quality assurance checks on financial data analysis reports, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and sharing your insights to drive positive outcomes.
Analyze and Reconcile: Prepare, analyze, and reconcile financial healthcare data to gain valuable insights from operational data.
Support Key Projects: Assist with budget analyses and research financial healthcare utilization trends and variances.

What You'll Bring to the Table:
At least three years of experience in financial or data analysis within a healthcare setting.
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Moderate skill level in SQL and Access (or equivalent database) data manipulation.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The ability to multitask and collaborate effectively.
The aptitude to clearly document database queries and macros.
