About the agency: A B2C and B2B sales organization with two decades of experience and multiple locations across several states. We partner with regional providers in telecom, connectivity, energy, and home services to build field and inside sales teams supported by hands-on coaching and a documented playbook.

Role summary: Hybrid field position combining small-business visits and residential appointments. Compensation includes a $1,000 monthly retainer plus uncapped commission. Manage warm/hot leads and routed territories, execute a concise discovery → demo → close sequence, and update the CRM the same day.

Key support:

• Onboarding with ride-alongs and weekly coaching sessions.
• Warm/hot lead flow and mapped routes to reduce cold starts.
• Established talk tracks, quoting tools, and tiered offers.
• Territory resources such as heat maps, ZIP-code priorities, and pricing references.
• Clear advancement path to Team Lead / Manager-in-Training roles.

Primary responsibilities:

• Work routed warm/hot leads and supplement with targeted SMB and neighborhood outreach.
• Run discovery, present options, manage objections, and close on-site or virtually.
• Maintain approximately 3× pipeline coverage against monthly targets and log next steps after each touch.
• Coordinate clean installs/activations and confirm early-adoption checkpoints.
• Share weekly field insights to refine scripts and territory focus.

Qualifications:

• Comfort with face-to-face selling in residential and SMB contexts; coachable and resilient.
• Clear communicator with strong follow-through and KPI discipline.
• Smartphone and CRM fluency; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Compensation: $1,000/month retainer plus uncapped commission and frequent bonus opportunities. Typical OTE ranges from $40,000 to $85,000+ depending on territory and performance; final terms and classification are confirmed at offer.
