PART-TIME CO-FOUNDER

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join us as an equity co-founder at Launch Legends, a pioneering venture that merges Web3 blockchain technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer-1 blockchain platform with an integrated social platform and the first affinity network WFO (building on Autheo), an extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

What We Offer

As a part-time co-founder, you will:

• Collaborate with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who have successfully launched ventures nationally and internationally, raised capital exceeding $500 million, and spearheaded several high-revenue disruptive projects.
• Work alongside our global team of 75 experts to position Launch Legends as a leader in the creator network, with the potential to revolutionize the industry.
• Receive equity in Launch Legends (Autheo and WFO) and tokens (salary compensation after successful Public Token Sale, anticipated January 2024).

Future Compensation Plans

While this is initially an equity and token-only role, our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes compensation after the successful public token sale anticipated in January, where we plan to introduce salaries for both full-time and part-time positions.

About the Organization

Launch Lends has been under development for over 3.5 years. We are gearing up to launch:

1. Autheo: Our Layer-1 blockchain with an integrated disruptive social platform for creators to own, expand, and monetize their networks.
2. WFO: Extreme Sports Affinity Network "Built on Autheo" to showcase the power of Autheo for affinity network ecosystem launch and growth. 
3. Autheo Blockchain Devnet (THEO token) went live November 11, 2024. Incentivised testnet, together with Node Sale and Mainnet Launch scheduled for December with Public Token Sale in late December or January. 

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry, projected to reach $500 billion by 2027, and the extreme sports market, an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide.

Executive Social Media Manager

Location: Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Social Media Manager to establish and maintain a compelling social media presence for Autheo’s founder. This role is critical in enhancing the founder’s visibility, influence, and thought leadership, while simultaneously boosting Autheo's profile on platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter. The ideal candidate is an expert in crafting executive-level narratives and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution
  • Thoroughly research and understand the executive's tone, style, and core messaging to ensure all content authentically reflects their persona and values.
  • Develop and execute social media strategy aligned with the founder's voice and Autheo's vision.
  • Create engaging content that positions the founder as an industry thought leader
  • Monitor and adapt strategies to align with the latest trends and developments in social media while staying true to the executive's messaging and brand.
  • Build relationships with relevant platforms, influencers, and organizations to maximize exposure.
• Content Creation & Management
  • Craft compelling, high-quality content tailored for executive channels, including posts, articles, and multimedia content.
  • Maintain a robust editorial calendar integrating company news, industry insights, and thought leadership posts.
  • Repurpose event appearances, interviews, and media coverage into social content
  • Identify and thoughtfully act on real-time opportunities for social engagement and commentary.
  • Ensure consistent voice and messaging across platforms
• Event & Media Coordination
  • Identify and evaluate speaking opportunities, podcasts, conferences, and industry events appearances.
  • Coordinate social media coverage of events and appearances.
  • Create pre and post-event content strategies.
  • Leverage event participation for maximum social impact.
  • Partner with PR and media teams to ensure seamless integration of all coverage, updates, and appearances.
  • Document and archive media appearances and coverage.
• Analytics & Reporting
  • Implement measurement and reporting processes to track performance and KPI along with the digital analyst.
  • Use insights to refine strategies and achieve measurable growth in reach and influence.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years experience managing executive social media presence.
• Bachelor’s degree in PR or Communications.
• Proven experience managing social media for high-profile executives or public figures.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a knack for tailoring messages to executive audiences.
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Twitter best practices, and the evolving landscape of social media trends.
• Strong understanding of tech industry trends and conversations. Knowledge of blockchain and web3 is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
• Experience with PR, media outreach, and event coordination is a strong plus.

Preferred Experience

• A background in executive branding or thought leadership campaigns.
• Experience in tech/startup ecosystem.
• Understanding of creator economy and social platforms.
• Experience managing crisis communications
