Sociaxe is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and promotional events. This role requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events from concept to completion

  • Manage event materials, logistics, and setup

  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams

  • Support the Events Manager with scheduling, budgeting, and reporting

  • Handle on-site event execution and resolve issues as they arise

  • Track event performance and gather feedback for future improvements

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of each event

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 1+ year of experience in event planning, hospitality, or a similar role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Ability to work evenings or weekends, as required by event schedule

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning tools
