Position Title :

Entry Manufacturing Laborer - 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Pay Rate :

$19.81/hr +

Sign on Bonus :

$500 after 30 days,

$500 after 6 months,

Retention Bonus :

$500 after 1 year

Additional lump sum after 2 years

The Job You Will Perform:

· Check for count accuracy and conformance to specification

· Double check for quality issues, communicating them to control room operator or wet end operator

· Measure finished sheet for accuracy

· Insert Proper load tags into finished “measured” units

· Check unit for appearance

· Operate count station and load tag printer

· Restack non-conforming units

· Hand-flip bundles when warped, or otherwise required]

· Properly document non-conforming materials onto disposition sheet

· Determine whether order is complete or partial

· Operator must wear all required personal protective equipment

· Operator must be proficient in using/reading tape measure and safe use of utility knife

· Operator must keep work areas clean and free of debris, including keeping floor clean of sheets

· Operator must be able to safely lift/move up to 50lbs during regular work shift

· Operator must follow lock-out/ tag-out procedures

· Prepare and set in place the “Top” dunnage for unit strapping

· Counting and stacking finished product

· Reading orders

· Ability to read, write, and speak English

· Ability to read a measuring tape and ruler

· Warehouse and/or manufacturing experience

· Stable and verifiable work history
