Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and personable Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our Cleveland team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with professionalism and a positive attitude
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Resolve basic issues and escalate more complex problems to the appropriate departments
Support the customer service team with administrative tasks as needed
Follow company procedures and service standards at all times
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
A friendly, patient, and customer-focused mindset
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing, data entry)
No previous experience required; training will be provided
