Job Summary:

We are seeking an entry-level Data Analyst (CPT/OPT eligible) to support data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, and business insights development.
The ideal candidate will analyze datasets, build visualizations, and help teams make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using Excel, SQL, and Python.

  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau.

  • Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

  • Support decision-making by providing data summaries and analytical interpretations.

  • Develop and maintain data models, KPI dashboards, and automated reporting tools.

  • Work closely with business teams to gather data requirements and deliver insights.

  • Validate data accuracy and perform quality checks to ensure reliable reporting.

  • Present findings to management using visualizations and narrative summaries.

  • Document workflows, processes, and data pipelines as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics , or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Cleaning).

  • Ability to write SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.

  • Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, basic analysis).

  • Strong understanding of data analysis, statistics, and problem-solving techniques.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present data clearly.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboarding and reporting.

  • Exposure to ETL concepts , data pipelines, or workflow automation.

  • Knowledge of statistical concepts like correlation, regression, forecasting.

  • Experience with Git , APIs, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA , Confluence , or project management platforms.
