·2 options:

o Sunday - Thursday (11 AM to 8 PM) OR

o Tuesday – Saturday (1 PM to 10 PM, 9 AM to 6 PM)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to join a high-visibility team. This role involves managing top-tier accounts, handling multiple communication channels, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule routes, transit times, and appointments.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls, delivering top-notch customer service.
• Use Transportation Management Software (TMS) to track shipments and provide updates.
• Monitor and respond to customer emails across multiple inboxes.
• Meet or exceed customer performance metrics and service level expectations.
• Promote additional services and solutions to enhance customer experience.
• Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and account management teams.
• Address and resolve semi-routine customer service issues efficiently.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service experience (logistics, freight forwarding, or brokerage preferred).
• Strong multitasking skills with experience managing multiple email inboxes.
• Proficiency in Outlook and Excel; experience with TMS software preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• A reliable team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
