DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

Proven experience as a Traveling Superintendent, with at least three years of experience and two verifiable projects in different locations.
Ability to conduct regular inspections, enforce safety protocols, and address on-site issues to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with a solid track record in managing multiple job sites and coordinating remote teams.
Expertise in developing comprehensive work plans and schedules to ensure seamless project execution across various locations.
Ability to collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to meet milestones efficiently, regardless of location.
Skilled in monitoring project budgets, costs, job forecasts, and productivity to maximize efficiency while working across multiple sites.
