Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items to meet quality and safety standards, ensuring excellent taste and presentation.
• Efficiency Under Pressure: Work quickly and accurately in fast-paced environments, whether at a concession stand or restaurant kitchen.
• Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Inventory Management: Monitor supplies, restock as needed, and report shortages or issues to supervisors.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during events.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in high-volume cooking or food service (preferred but not required).
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with basic food safety and sanitation practices.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for food and hospitality.
