About Us:
We’re a warm, growing team dedicated to helping children with autism and developmental challenges through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. We work closely with families, schools, pediatricians, and daycare centers to make a positive impact every day.

What You’ll Be Doing:
We’re looking for a friendly and outgoing person to help us spread the word about our ABA therapy services. You’ll visit local schools, pediatricians, and daycare centers to build relationships, share information about how ABA can help, and encourage them to refer families who might need our support. You’ll also set up your own appointments and keep track of your connections.

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone who loves talking to people and building connections.
• Comfortable explaining ABA therapy in simple, caring ways.
• A self-starter who can manage their own schedule and keep organized.
• Experience in education, healthcare, social services, or sales is a plus — but not required!
• Willingness to learn about autism and ABA therapy.
• Reliable transportation for local visits.

Job Title: Business Development Representative - ABA Therapy Services.
Location: Wake County, NC (Local travel required).
Hours: 25 hours per week.
Pay: $25 - $31 per hour.
