Duties

• Prospect and develop new client relationships in commercial construction and renovation
• Respond to bid invitations and submit detailed, competitive proposals
• Present solutions and products to architects, designers, and property managers
• Close new business and grow existing accounts

Requirements

• Act as the client’s main point of contact for our company from contract to close-out
• Coordinate with estimators, installers, and suppliers to ensure on-time and on-budget execution
• Attend job site meetings, resolve issues in real time, maintain detailed project documentation, and diligence of communication (internally and with client/contractor)
• Ensure quality control and client satisfaction at every stage of the project
• Attendance to weekly staff meetings and supplier PK training (when applicable)
• Limited duties in-store for floor coverage

Nice To Haves

✔ Experience in commercial sales, flooring, interiors, or construction
✔ Strong project coordination or project management skills
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Ability to read blueprints, spec sheets, and manage project timelines
✔ Tech-savvy with CRM, estimating software, and Microsoft Office
✔ Valid driver’s license, insurability, and willingness to travel locally
