As our Coffee Shop Store Manager, you’ll take the lead in ensuring our shop runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Team Leadership : Motivate, train, and manage a team of baristas to deliver exceptional service.
- Customer Experience : Foster a warm, inviting atmosphere for customers while ensuring their satisfaction.
- Operations Management : Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
- Quality Control : Ensure every cup of coffee meets our high standards of excellence.
- Problem Solving : Address any challenges that arise with a calm and proactive approach.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience : At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food service or retail industry.
- Leadership Skills : The ability to inspire and guide a team to success.
- Customer Focus : A strong commitment to creating positive experiences for every guest.
- Organizational Skills : A knack for multitasking and keeping things running smoothly.
- Passion for Coffee : A genuine love for coffee and an interest in learning more about the craft.
