Salary: $130,000 - 148,000 per year Requirements:
- I hold an Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
- I have 8–10 years of progressive IT experience, specifically involving Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.
- I possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Azure Government Cloud (GCC/GCC High) environments.
- I can demonstrate expertise in Azure networking, security, DNS, automation, and hybrid cloud integration.
- I have a strong background in Microsoft Intune device management and Microsoft 365 tenant administration.
- I am familiar with ITSM tools like ServiceNow for managing incidents, problems, and changes.
- I have experience creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation.
- My technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Azure Arc, Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), RBAC, application security, and compliance with frameworks like FedRAMP and NIST.
- I am skilled in automation tools such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Graph API as well as monitoring tools including Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
- I am well-versed in networking fundamentals like TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancers, alongside device management using Microsoft Intune.
- I have expertise in documentation tools such as SharePoint and CMDB, as well as ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Jira.
Responsibilities: - I will design, configure, and maintain the Microsoft Azure infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS) to guarantee its scalability, reliability, and performance.
- I will manage Azure networking components such as VNets, network security groups (NSGs), DNS, private endpoints, load balancers, and firewalls.
- I will implement and oversee Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), host pools, and FSLogix profiles.
- I will deploy hybrid resources utilizing Azure Arc and Recovery Services Vaults for backup and disaster recovery.
- I will monitor and optimize Azure environments through Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
- I will enforce governance with Azure Policies, Management Groups, and cost management reports.
- I will troubleshoot intricate issues relating to connectivity, performance, and configurations.
- As a Global Administrator for Microsoft 365, I will oversee licensing, services, and tenant configurations.
- I will sustain optimal performance and security for Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- I will ensure seamless integration between Microsoft 365 and Azure AD/Entra ID for identity and access management.
- I will develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Graph API for account provisioning, reporting, and compliance.
- I will implement and monitor security protocols in alignment with CIS Benchmarks, FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST standards.
- I will conduct regular access reviews, analyze audit logs, and perform compliance assessments.
- I will manage device and application compliance policies via Intune and create comprehensive SOPs for all cloud administration and security practices.
- I will provide Tier 3 support for Azure and Microsoft 365 environments and resolve issues related to DNS, authentication, device compliance, and user access.
- I will perform root cause analyses for incidents and service interruptions while ensuring the uptime and reliability of hybrid cloud systems via proactive monitoring.
- I will collaborate with cross-functional teams including application developers, network engineers, and cybersecurity professionals, while maintaining thorough documentation of configurations, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.
- I will create and deliver training sessions on Microsoft 365 best practices and security awareness for users, alongside mentoring junior engineers and support staff.
