Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team and provide exceptional engineering services. The successful candidate will be expected to design and manage projects related to civil engineering including site planning, stormwater management, site remediation, and erosion and sediment control. Additionally, the candidate will need to create RFIs (Request for Information) and coordinate with other departments to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage civil engineering projects such as site planning, stormwater management, site remediation, and erosion and sediment control.
• Create RFIs (Request for Information) for projects and coordinate with other departments to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
• Perform field investigations, develop plans, and prepare associated documents.
• Conduct detailed and complex engineering analyses.
• Utilize software such as Hydraflow, PondPack, and other relevant programs.
• Provide Construction Monitoring services in the field.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Possession of a valid EIT (Engineer in Training) or PE (Professional Engineer) license preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Civil Engineering Design.
• Project Management experience is preferred
• Well-rounded experience in land development, municipality work, bridge/roads, etc.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Hydraflow, PondPack, and other relevant software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
