✨ What You'll Do:

• Lead Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized, creative treatment plans

• Empower and guide RBTs and team members through strong leadership and mentorship

• Collaborate with our awesome SLPs and other professionals to create cohesive, holistic care

• Coach parents and caregivers with effective, real-world strategies

• Track progress, celebrate wins, and adjust as needed to ensure success

• Maintain organized, accurate documentation with ease

What You Bring:

• BCBA Certification (Required)

• Master's in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

• Experience with children on the autism spectrum or with developmental disabilities

• Great communication, leadership, and teamwork skills

• A positive, proactive, and compassionate approach

• Clinical experience is a bonus—but heart, hustle, and passion are what we value most!
