PROJECT ARCHITECT

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Architect with a strong background in both hands-on construction and architectural design. This individual brings over 10 years of experience in the industry, combining expertise in construction management and architectural design to deliver high-quality projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Eligibility for the ARE with an active NCARB record.
Over 10 years of industry experience, combining expert knowledge of carpentry with architectural design.
Proven track record in leading complex projects to include residential, mixed-use commercial, healthcare, or retail projects
Adept with industry-standard software: Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, able to juggle multiple projects while nurturing team innovation.
Passionate about architectural craftsmanship and artistic expression, with strong model-making and hand-drawing skills.
