Job Title: AEM Web Developer

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain websites and web components using AEM 6.x, including templates, components, dialogs, and workflows.
• Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into scalable, responsive, and secure web applications.
• Integrate AEM with other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions and third-party systems (APIs, REST services).
• Collaborate with designers, content authors, QA engineers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality web experiences.
• Optimize AEM components and templates for performance and SEO.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in AEM development, version control, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for AEM environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
• Experience developing in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x or higher).
• Strong knowledge of AEM development frameworks (HTL/Sightly, Sling, OSGi, JCR).
• Proficiency in Java, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular (optional but preferred).
• Experience in RESTful web services and API integrations.
• Experience with build tools such as Maven and source control systems like Git.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design.
• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) Adobe Experience Manager Sites Developer certification.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Target, or other Adobe Marketing Cloud tools.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines for AEM (e.g., Jenkins, Cloud Manager).
• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
